iefly about your goals for the session and strive to make sure that they are met. Some of the techniques that I use most often are JFB Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, although I incorporate a lot of relaxation and Swedish techniques as well. Through out the massage I always check with my clients to make sure that they are comfortable with the pressure of the work. I don't ever want you to feel like you got run over by a truck when you get off my table but I also don't want you to feel like you just paid someone to rub lotion on you for an hour.
