my dad via the seeds he planted when I was 6 yrs old.
Instead of cooking, I danced!! He taught me about the culture, and started me in my first African Dance Class at Black Dance Workshop, Buffalo, NY in the mid 70's.

After he passed, I really didn't want to dance, depression set in and I couldn't see, or feel any desire. But I kept hearing 2 words, & and this is the result!!
Hope I made him proud! 🤎💪🏾🙏🏾
