Field Operator to manage Sand Boxes onsite in Towanda PA Area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of sand silos and equipment for maximum efficiency
• Assemble, inspect and troubleshoot field equipment; assist with preventative and restorative maintenance
• Work closely with dispatch to inform of sand counts and schedules; advise when to reroute and divert trucks to prevent and/or reduce demurrage
• Responsible for collecting freight tickets, bills of lading and any other load data for verification and accuracy
• Manage high call volume and electronic communications throughout shift
• Coordinate and direct the off-loading of company assets and third-party trucks in and out of a well site
• Assist drivers on ground guiding trucks and with connecting/disconnecting hoses from equipment as needed
• Manage sand inventory levels on the wellsite; determine sand volume used per stage and total volume on location to ensure the well stays sanded
• Create and maintain a safe work environment by wearing PPE and following site safety standards • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience operating oilfield or industrial equipment preferred
• Strong work ethic with ability to work under stressful conditions at times
• Must be able to work rotational schedule and long hours (day or night), outside with exposure to inclement weather
• Current valid driver's license and clean MVR for the last 3 years
• Must be mechanically and technically inclined; able to use smart phone and software programs
• Must be a self-starter who works well with personnel, management, public and customers
• Excellent communication skills with ability to read, write and speak English
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach and climb
• Must be able to carry, push and pull 50 pounds

Location of Terminal: Towanda, PA

Resource Transport / TSS is looking for hard-working, mechanically inclined Yard Hands to safely and efficiently transload frac sand. $17.00 for Days and $17.50/hr for Night Shift.

Shift: 12 hour night shift working 5 days on and 2 days off (rotational days off, 2 days off a week)

Schedule: Rotational – 5 nights on/2 nights off

Location: Tunkhannock PA

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Inspect and prepare rail cars for loading – check all hopper doors and lids and ensure the car is empty

· Safely transload frac sand from semi-truck to railcar

· Utilize conveyors, bucket elevators and other equipment to transload frac sand

· Assist truck drivers with loading at rail cars and at silos

· Assist with preventative and general maintenance on all equipment

· Ensure proper use of company tools and equipment

· Complete daily checklists on mobile equipment

· Cleaning, painting and other general labor duties around the yard and work shop areas

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Transload experience preferred

· Experience operating conveyors and other equipment preferred

· Basic computer skills required

· Ability to work 12 hour night shifts in inclement weather
