Project update from Magnolia Trace:
With all seven buildings now framed, the project is continuing to transition from structure to finishes. The first buildings are moving through interior trim, tile, and mechanical finishes, while work continues on MEP, insulation, and drywall throughout the remaining buildings.
Beyond the buildings themselves, attention will soon turn to many of the details that help bring the community together, including landscaping, irrigation, fencing, monument signage, mailboxes, and other site improvements.
Every phase brings Magnolia Trace one step closer to completion, and we're excited to see it continue taking shape!
Project Update: Hyde Park is advancing through early infrastructure phases.
Water systems and underground detention are currently underway, with street stabilization on track for early June. Concrete curbs and paving will follow as the project continues to move forward into the next stage.
Foundations are expected to begin in early summer, keeping the project on pace for initial unit deliveries later this year.
A strong start continues as this development takes shape.
