I was forest bathing today. I noticed there was a lot of hugging going on. No humans were hugging in the forest, but the trees were straight-up doing PDA!

Research shows that spending time around trees can reduce stress, improve immunity, lower blood pressure, and accelerate recovery from illness or trauma. Furthermore, when you hug a tree, you release a hormone called oxytocin – known as the hormone of love and trust – which gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling.

We can learn a lot from nature. Being wise, I joined the trees. πŸ’šπŸŒ³πŸ€— Now I'm all warm and fuzzy. 😊

Ever experience FOMO?

No matter what your fear says 🫦 , you will not miss out on what you didn't want!

When you need to make a choice, as much as possible, do the research, consider all of your options, look at the outcome and consequences of each option, THEN make the best possible choice that will benefit you. πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Then.... Let it go.πŸ“€

Afterward, you might feel fear. 😱What if I made the wrong choice ? What if they don't like my choice? What if they don't understand?
What if I miss out on something? What if.....??

No matter what your mind-body says, no matter what your trauma response says, know that you have made the best educated choice...for...YOU! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ€œπŸΌπŸ€›πŸΌ
Celebrate that choice!

Quite often, our bodies will lie to us. They are basing our fears (and the subsequent feelings in our bodies) on past events or results🫀, rather than on current events, experiences, needs or desires 😊.

Listen to your heart-mind. πŸ«€βž°πŸ§ 
Listen to your inner knowing, wisdom self.πŸ¦‰
Listen to your love-wisdom connection. πŸ’–βž°πŸ¦‰
Re-educate your mind-body (yes you can!) to support your choice and its move forward into your best life. πŸŒ…βœ¨

Remember, your mind makes a terrible master, but it makes a great servant!

You will not miss what you didn't want in the first place! No need for FOMO.

An hour ago the Solstice arrived. As the longest night of the year and quite literally our darkest day, it is certainly not on a spiritual level. On this day, may we be ready to release the extended darkness and welcome in the light.
