The Cottage Group, LLC was formed on the premise that homeowners can have a smaller custom home without sacrificing quality, style and durability. Our smaller footprint homes are defined by thoughtful design and attention to detail, featuring quality craftsmanship and materials primarily found in larger homes such as brick, stone and Hardie exteriors, and inside features such as granite countertops and stainless appliances.

Here’s to what’s next! ⛳️ Fairways Edge is coming to at Keowee Falls, a collection of 20 limited golf-front homesites right along the fairway, of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
