Lake Effect is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Detail Department. Located in Sister Lakes, we’re the premier dealer for MasterCraft Boats, Harris Pontoons, Crest Pontoons & Kawasaki Jet Skis, serving all of Southwest, Michigan.

Key Tasks:
- Clean/Detail the interior and exterior of boats, including buffing
- Clean/Detail company trucks
- Wipe down boats in the showroom
- Wipe down new boats before delivery
- Help in other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Schedule:
- Full and part time positions available
- Be able to work some weekends and holidays

Pay is based on experience
