Leadership Medina County’s Signature and LEAD classes came together on April 29th for a powerful Closing Retreat—celebrating a year of growth, connection, and impact.

As LMC marks 35 years, this year’s theme of Legacy was front and center. The Legacy 35 Signature Class and Greene Legacy Cohort embraced it fully, kicking off the day grounded in purpose. Brian Fraiser of RPM opened the retreat with a meaningful reminder of their founders’ philosophy, “The Value of 168” and how we choose to use our time.

A highlight of the day was the presentation of the joint class project: Leadership Medina County: A Strategic Review to Shape the Next Chapter. This nine-month effort - shaped by alumni insights, focused on ensuring LMC remains impactful, relevant, and sustainable for years to come.

A sincere thank you to the many alumni who contributed their time and perspective, especially the dedicated advisors who helped guide this work.

More to come soon! But one message is clear: the future of LMC is driven by a strong, engaged, and empowered alumni network.
