A well-rounded yoga flow with mindful variations to help you modify your practice as needed, because sometimes you’re full of energy, and some days it’s hard to get going. We get it. It keeps things interesting, but it really helps to have some choices, and also a friend to tell you to take it easy if you tend to be a little hard on yourself.

A quick (4 minutes and 20 seconds!) alternate nostril breathing session 👌
If you’re ever having the kind of day or night where your mind is racing or you’re feeling out of balance, this is a beautiful breathing technique to quiet your mind and help you come back to center.
This was the last 4 minutes of a recent class I filmed where we did lots of standing balance, arm balancing and inverting. Some days you have the balance and some days you don’t, but the idea is to stay balanced in your mind either way!
