I have two degrees in the field of photography and continue to study and learn each and every year. I am constantly updating and learning the latest but ignoring the "trendy" stuff that will be out of date in a matter of months. I have loved photography since the age of 6 and it's that passion that has made it a life's mission for me. The world of photography is extremely over saturated with people simply buying a nice camera and immediately starting a business. I am part of a very small amount of photographers that have serious education in the field and know how to use both natural and soft artificial light, as well as natural and flattering posing skills to create incredible images where you look your absolute best.

I’ve never been one to follow celebrity culture, but meeting RJ Mitte completely transcended all of that. Years ago, he and his lovely mom Dyna brought a friend of his over to my house for headshots, which I thought was so thoughtful of them. I remember RJ talking fondly about going fishing, and my Great Dane stuck to him like glue enjoying the attention. He mentioned how much he loved dogs. Not long after that, I photographed his 16th birthday party, (music, dancing, so fun!), and it was clear how much the cast and everyone genuinely loved him. He was a very down-to-earth and kind person. He definitely had a sweet soul, and was an amazing talent. The world is a little less bright without him in it.
