Batter up!
Had a great time making this Thomas the train cake. I got to make balloons for the first time. Putting fondant on a wire was deffently a challenge. The highlight of this cake for me was Thomas coming out of his station. I loved creating that part.
This is a strawberry flavored cake, I cooked strawberries down and make a puree and then I mixed some in to the cake and the rest in to the buttercream filling between the layers. This cake was frosted with buttercream and then covered in fondant.
