Y’all… I created something that really came from me.

My coloring book Coloring Through the Bu****it wasn’t just something cute to make… it was honestly therapy for me. With everything I’ve been going through, I needed an outlet. And this right here helped me breathe again.

If you know me, you already know… I have a potty mouth on me 🤷🏽‍♀️
So these phrases are real. They’re mine. They’re things I say, feel, and sometimes need to get out.

And coloring it? Even better.
It calms your mind, lowers stress, helps you focus, and gives you a moment where nothing else matters but what you’re creating. That’s powerful.

I am so excited to share this. Naväge recently launched their ambassadors page and I am honored to be featured.

Working with this company was such a great experience. The production team was absolutely amazing and they truly allowed me to just be myself. That meant everything to me. The energy on set was incredible and I even had the opportunity to meet the CEO.

Fun fact about this shoot. I was actually really sick that day. The team introduced me to the Starbucks Medicine Ball and it stayed right by my feet the entire time we were filming. I was also barefoot during the shoot which makes me laugh every time I think about it.

The location was beautiful and the people were even better. I truly had such a wonderful time being part of this project.

And let me just say… something is brewing. So keep your Ears open.

Hey y’all
So I’ve been waiting on a piece of mail to come, and it finally showed up today. It was a postcard from when I went to the Queen Mary… and it hit me right in the feels. I had everyone who was there sign it, and that whole trip was actually their gift to me. I am so incredibly grateful. Truly. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Let me tell you, we went down to the gift shop, and I see these ladies standing by the register while the employee is showing them pictures. I start looking at one like, I know her, then I look at another like, I think I know her too, so I quietly whispered the name three times, and on the third time she turned around and we LOST IT 😂 Turns out it was the ladies from Jazzercise! The crazy part is I had literally just been talking about them at dinner earlier that day. Spirit said SURPRISE 😆
Y’all, the whole weekend was epic. We stayed in room B340, which is known as the most haunted room on the ship. The way the room was laid out, we were purposely scaring people who came to peek in, and then it turned into our “tour room” because I’m like, come on in y’all 🤣 We had equipment set up, laughing, talking, vibing, meeting people. It was such a good time.

We did a midnight ghost tour, which was super cool, and honestly the entire experience was just amazing. One of those weekends you wish you could rewind and relive.

I also wanna say how grateful I am that we ran into friends from Jazzercise too. That made it even more special.

Thank you to EVERYONE who sent birthday wishes, texts, calls, cards, gifts, took me to lunch, dinner, checked on me, all of it. And let me just say, I ate GOOD last week okay 😂😂
I am beyond blessed to have the community of people that I have. So many of you have walked through some really heavy stuff with me, and here we are still standing, still laughing, still loving, still growing. That means everything to me.

My birthday really turned into a whole week-long celebration, and y’all made my 52nd birthday so special and so memorable. I mean every single one of you!

Forever grateful. Forever thankful. Forever loving y’all.

Oh. And thank you to queen Mary for Allowing me to take Blinky(possessed bear) to our room over night! They have never let anyone do that before and they trusted me. Im so grateful!
