Backfill is complete and we are ready for gutter downspout tile and concrete out at the Topeka New Home Project

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to get some dirt work done!

Foundation is in at the Topeka new build and we are ready for damp proofing!

We will do a walkthrough video discussing the details for how we accomplish the step-less access in the foundation design soon!
