Alemar Cheese

What a journey. I couldn’t have done it without my brother Geoff, now he will hold this over me until death. Moved everything 2000 miles, and four days later made small batches of Bent River and Apricity. After the emotions of leaving settled, the excitement of making it is now the cheesemaking high I’m riding. Can’t wait to see some “Calemar” cheese in our case!
