After so many twists and turns, I can finally say: WE. ARE. CLOSED!š„³
This transaction was one of the most intricate and complex deals I have encountered in my career, and it just so happened to be with my own family-so that means this closing is extra special for me. The home is currently going through a serious remodel, so they can choose every type of finish they desire-Morganās DREAM, the land is perfect, Cameron even gets a hideout so he can (try to) escape the crazy kiddos-goodluck with that Morganš¤Ŗ, Connor Cash is so excited to get his own room again, and Lawson canāt wait to tear everything up!š¤
I want to give a special shoutout to Carey Adams, Guild Mortgage Company for all that she does behind the scenes (she knows what Iām talking about lol) and for dealing with our crazy family. Renovation FHA-203k loans are seriously no joke. Sheās a rockstar and none of this would have been possible without her! Also, thank you to Suzy @ Don Roberts for working with our timeline and making the closing smooth for us, and to everyone else who had a part in making this deal happen-it truly takes a village sometimes. Renovations in full speed! Congrats to the Maberryās!
