•Mahi Mahi cooks very quickly, so recommend checking on the fish around the 7-minute mark.

•Always grease the air fryer basket with some oil before cooking the fish, as this will prevent any part of it from sticking to it.

•Change up the seasonings and/or use low sodium seasonings
