📍 Remote | Start ASAP

⏱ Schedule | Part Time | 16 Hours per week:
8 Hours per day | Fridays and Saturdays | MST

EC Assist is looking for a versatile Intake Specialist who can monitor AI-generated responses and gather customer information through phone calls.

What You’ll Do:
📥 Chat Monitoring | 📞 Phone Intake | 📂 Document Collection
- Monitor AI-generated chat responses to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Intervene in chats when needed and ensure the AI obtains a phone number
- Call leads to gather detailed application information
- Request and collect documents such as valid ID and proof of income
- Conduct follow-ups if required to complete the intake process
- Make cold calls during low chat activity

⚙️ Tools You'll Use:
- Company CRM
- Discord / WhatsApp

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer chat or phone support
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Reliable internet and PC
- A 2nd monitor is preferred but not required
- Must be flexible to schedule changes
- Able to work independently and manage time well
