It was so awesome hanging out with my lovely wife, and meeting up with Mr. Anthony and his bride-to-be, Miss Shannon! It reminds me of the importance of our team connection. We are here to root for one another, push one another, and grow with one another. Taking time to connect with our team is paramount to our continuing success. Meeting for Graduations, Trainings, and Tournaments grows those bonds from the micro- team to the macro-team.

We are Premier Martial Arts (International), then Colorado. We are Team Kirkland Premier (Arapahoe & Brighton). We are separately PMA Arapahoe and Brighton. Then, we are tiny/little champs, Kids, and Teens/Adults.

Our smaller teams are part of our bigger teams.

Settled accounts on the Workout front for my DEFReset and completed 10 rounds on the PMA 21 day (day 2- AMRAP 15 min).

At one point, my tracker was marking a “light” workout. I disagree. But I’m still getting used to it, so I’m sure I’ll figure it out.

I really liked the day 2 workouts, and the DEF day 3 was deceptively challenging! Great way to start off the day!

Now, to hydrate! Let’s get after it!
