Nothing’s wrong. I’m doing great. Was just having a moment of reflection and gratitude. Wanted to this share with you all mainly because I love inspiring others, and I love sharing a glimpse of my life and hopes that it helps you in someway.
Last year was a very rough year. I had post concussion syndrome, a jaw fracture and severe whiplash from an e-bike accident in December 2024. So I’ve had a lot of time to reflect, to heal my body and most importantly to heal my nervous system.
Obviously, I’m a deep thinker. If you know me, you already know that lol.
I used to wish that I was different, that I could be this ruthless person that could power through anything but that’s not me.
I realize all the things that I’ve ever tried to control in my life I never really had control of anything. It was all an illusion!
God is always good. He’s faithful and his love is unconditional.
A verse I’m really leaning into this year is Romans 8:28 and I love the passion translation version,
“So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God‘s perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose”
As a good first step in any health and wellness program, it may surprise you that drinking water should be one of the first things you begin with!!
I always say the things that are easy to do are also easy not to do, so get to it and stop making excuses!!
