Dr. Sooah Park presented “From Fight-or-Flight to Flow” at the National NATS Conference on July 6, alongside her co-presenters Dr. Kimberly Monzon (Baylor University) and Cecy Duarte (Clinical Mental Health Counseling).

Together, they explored practical, research-informed strategies for moving from dysregulation to greater self-regulation, focus, and sustainable performance. We’re grateful to everyone who attended and contributed to a thoughtful and engaging discussion.
