This pages is intended to help Dads and Single guys have a place to go to check out health and fitness stuff.
After doing my 2nd fit test for Insanity I learned that the fit test does not count in the Super Gym as an actual work out.
Feeling a little gypped but glad that I did better. Sweated just as much as a regular work out.
