On November 4th at the ACFE Tulsa 2011 Fall Seminar April Ferguson & Jason Wietholter with Opveon will be holding a session on Mock Trial-Focusing on the Expert Witness. In this session, the anti-fraud professional will learn what it takes to communicate concisely and strengthen their case & so much more!
Gavin Manes, Ph.D. with Avansic, E-Discovery & Digital Forensics will provide a presentation on the uses of digital forensics and electronic discovery in the modern legal landscape and cover current case law and Civil Procedure statutes regarding electronic data at the ACFE Tulsa 2011 Fall Seminar.
Expert Witness,Paul DeMuro with Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers has 15 years of practice as a trial lawyer. He will be providing advice concerning expert witness engagements to answer tho expert witness questions and more at the ACFE Tulsa 2011 Fall Seminar on November 4th.
On November 4th, Dr. Robert Terrell, CPA, CIA, CFE, with the University of Central Oklahoma will remind anti-fraud professionals of the importance of following the CFE Code of Professional Ethics and the CFE Code of Professional Standards when faced with ethical uncertainty at the ACFE Tulsa 2011 Fall Seminar.
David Jansen, CFE, CAMS with Watash & Associates, LLC will interview a victim of financial fraud.
