Summit Recruiting currently has an immediate urgent full-time permanent opening for an Assistant for a Paralegal Team. The position is located in downtown Tulsa with a well-established law firm. The Assistant will support 1-2 paralegals and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Pro. Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task while working independently or as part of the team. Accuracy in work product is critical, as well as being a self-starter. Confidentiality is a priority. Duties will include organizing documents, updating and maintaining paralegals' calendars, receiving records and scanning to system, updating records logs, preparing and sending request letters. Must be a self-starter and be able to work in a team setting. Salary range is $38-40K + full benefits/parking paid by the firm.
