What I want you to know about sensuality…

Sensuality fills the gap between just living and feeling vibrantly alive.
She’s the bridge between numbness and aliveness.
She contains the totality of our emotions. From rage to ecstasy. From grief to joy. From contraction to expansion.

Sensuality can be a resource for you in times of stress, anxiety, sadness, rage, depression…

She can soothe your nervous system… bring you back home to yourself. She can take you higher than yourself. She can bring you out of a stuck place, loosen up your stagnancy, juice you up and get you your flow back.

Sensuality comes in many flavors.
She can be hot, cold, slow, fast, erotic or unerotic.

She can add zest to the simplest things…
Doing the dishes
Walking through the grocery store
Your breath
Your salad (anyone else struggle to eat a salad?)

Sensuality is *not* innately s*xual, but she can certainly enhance your s*xual experiences.

Sensuality *is* innately erotic, in the sense that she connects you to the pulse of life.

Ahhh, sensuality.

Sensuality brings you back to your own rhythm.

She’s such a gentle informant of what you need (and what you don’t).

Sensuality can help you drop out of your mind and into your body.

She can help you access more pleasure, more feeling in general.

Sensuality can feel like electricity on your skin (in a good way).
A buzzing in your bones. A strong yes and a strong no.

She’ll remind you of how gorgeous your soft, beautiful curves are.
She’ll remind you that it’s not about how you look, but about how you feel.

Sensuality is a gateway to transcendence. Transcending thought, time, judgment, fear, anxiety…

Sensuality is a gateway into the underworld. Not necessarily a tool to bypass the grit and grime of the world, but a way to dive in and navigate it.

Your sensual nature is a gateway to your deepest inner knowing. Your trustworthy intuition. That part of you that is unshakable. Un-f**k-with-able.
