The Haulin’ Aspen Mountain Trail Event has been selected to host the 2025 United States Track and Field (USATF) Oregon Mountain Trail Marathon and Half Marathon Championships.

The event is Saturday, August 9 and starts and ends at the Wanoga Sno-Park. The park is just off the Cascade Lakes Highway, approximately 15 miles west of Bend, OR.

The Prefontaine Classic this past Saturday was electric, with seven team USATF athletes taking victories. Among these athletes was Sha’Carri Richardson’s performance of 10.83 in the 100. Joe Kovacs was another showstopper, throwing a 23.13/75-10.75 in shot put. Team USATF was also strong in the men’s 110 hurdles, sweeping the podium, with Grant Holloway as the victor.
