Looking forward to this event and teaching guests how to connect with their horses through equine bodywork 🙌🏼💆🏼♀️
We’re looking forward to our upcoming Wine & Unwind retreat 🍷
It’s been fun putting together something a little different for the ranch, featuring curated wine tastings, yoga sessions, a sound bath, and even an equine massage experience.
We love finding new ways to slow things down and offer something special out here in the desert, and this one is shaping up to be a good one.
Sometimes s**t happens.
Some sessions surprise me (even still!).
Sometimes we have to pause, readjust, and restart.
And all of this is normal. Horses are not machines - every session requires a different approach.
My job is to listen to the horse, to not push them past their limit, and to help them to the best of my ability ❤️
