⭐️Today is session 2!!
Check out the workouts for each of our groups:
Tuesday - 6pm @ HVCC
Level 1 Power walking & Couch to 5k: Brisk 5 minutes warmup, then do eight (8) repetitions of the following: 60 seconds of jogging/power walking followed by 90 seconds of base pace walking.
Level 2 5k: Brisk five-minute warmup. Then alternate 3x 5 minutes of jogging/running with 2 minutes of walking for 20 minutes.
Level 3 5k/10k: Warm up for 5 minutes and then run 3 miles easy. Take enough time to cool down and stretch.
