☀️ Kids’ Yoga Summer Camp is a week of movement, creativity, and discovery — where kids learn to breathe through the big feelings, stay curious, make new friends, and have a whole lot of fun doing it.
Fun. Playful. Mindful. Creative. All the good stuff.

ben has been traveling globally, teaching and participating in trainings, workshops, classes, etc….. his love for philosophy, the yoga sutras, katonah, and vinyasa runs deep — and the way he sees yoga is like looking through a kaleidoscope. every angle illuminated. every layer connected. every pose a doorway.
this weekend he’s focusing on asana — but with ben, nothing exists in isolation. it all weaves together, the way it was always meant to. 🙏🌀
