On 8-16-12, Kathleen Taylor, CEO of Business Inquiry Solutions, provided a 4 hour Staff Development training for Employees of the City of Long Beach in Long Beach, CA. The training topic was “Using Emotional Intelligence to Enhance Professional Development.” The training was well received.
Kathleen Taylor, CEO of Business Inquiry Solutions, was a Presenter at the California City Clerks Association’s annual state Conference in Sacramento. Also, she was a Presenter at the South Los Angeles Training & Research Consortium’s annual Conference in Los Angeles.
