AI Rewards Strategy. Not Clever Prompts. - Temple Development Corporation 02/12/2026

Why Your AI Content Sounds Like Everyone Else's (And Gets Zero Results)

I just watched two businesses in the same market both "adopt AI for marketing."

Business A: Hired someone who "knew AI." Generated months of professional-sounding content. Blog posts, emails, social media.
Result? ZERO new client inquiries.

Business B: Spent 2 weeks building a decision framework FIRST. Documented what actually converts. Built it from real customer data. THEN used AI within that structure.

Result? 34% conversion rate increase in 6 months.

Same AI tools. Completely different outcomes.

Here's the problem nobody talks about:

When you prompt AI without a framework, you're getting the AVERAGE of billions of mediocre web pages. Your content sounds exactly like your competitor's content.

You just automated being average. At scale.

That fancy AI-generated copy that sounds so impressive? I watched an attorney's consultation requests DROP 15% after publishing it.

Why? Because "sounding smart" and "driving conversions" are NOT the same thing.

After 28 years in marketing, here's what I know:

AI doesn't replace expertise. It multiplies it.

And right now, it's multiplying the gap between strategic thinkers and prompt collectors.

The practitioners are building frameworks.

The players are copying prompts from the internet.

I just wrote the complete breakdown of how to build decision frameworks that actually drive results—with real examples from attorneys, CPAs, manufacturers, and property managers I've worked with.

The difference between content that sounds good and content that works?

That's everything.

AI Rewards Strategy. Not Clever Prompts. - Temple Development Corporation Stop collecting AI prompts. Real results come from decision frameworks, not copy-paste tricks. Here’s what actually drives performance.

Sam Altman: Mastering AI Tools Is the New 'Learn to Code' | Entrepreneur 03/24/2025

In a previous article, I wrote about the need for skilled workers who know how to use AI rather than assuming AI will simply eliminate everyone. This is now backed up by Sam Altman of Open AI.

In this article, he talks about AI writing most of the code in the future. This may be true; time will tell, but notice he didn't say ALL code. You still need skilled software engineers to set up and use AI and determine if what it produces is good.

Another example of AI and skilled workers being the next leap forward in economic growth.

Sam Altman: Mastering AI Tools Is the New 'Learn to Code' | Entrepreneur In a new interview with Stratechery's Ben Thompson this week, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, 39, said new grads should aim to be good with AI tools instead of learning to code.

Small Business Website Security 10/18/2024

I created a video about website security to recognize Cyber Security Awareness Month. Unfortunately, most small and even medium-sized business owners are terrible at this. They believe that they aren't a target because they are too small for a hacker to be concerned about. They are flat-out wrong about that.

Small Business Website Security Small Business website security protocols and plans to protect your valuable online platform and business. Don't assume you aren't a target because you are. ...
