I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your support, patience, and loyalty during this time. The new professional opportunity I accepted has been a bigger adjustment than I initially expected, and I apologize if I haven’t been able to respond to your recent message or call. Since 2020, as Fadequeen419, I have had the privilege of delivering quality cuts and customer service. This experience has opened my eyes to the needs of the industry I love. I am committed to not only providing excellent service to my clients but also helping bridge the gap between other professionals and their customers. I have accepted a general manager position overseeing operations in 8 salons in the Toledo Market. My hope is to coach as many industry professionals as possible to deliver better quality and customer service to Toledo and the surrounding areas. Additionally, I am working with the hair schools to help reignite the passion of our future hair industry professionals. I will be out of the shop until further notice. In the meantime, three experienced barbers are available at Lineup Barbershop: Jeremy (via the Fadequeen419 Squire app), Ryan (book.thecut.co/BornFaded), and John (419-261-9660). I also extend an invitation to visit one of the 8 Great Clips locations I am working closely with management to deliver the experience each of you deserve.
