PET RUGS ARE HERE!

I've been hatching this idea for many years — and it's finally alive and kicking. OMGosh. Everything's in place: designs, amazing pet models, my awesome rug mill in India, samples made, tons of ideas and more fun than you can fit in a day.

The idea behind these rugs is to honor the essence of your pet, not to be a direct portrait. So the rugs are fit for your beautiful home and also make you smile every time you see them. People may not even realize your favorite furball is in there on first glance but — surprise! that's what's giving your whole room “love underfoot.”

Here's my design called Winning Streak, featuring Rosie, my friend Jim's adorable poodle.

When I saw Rosie's photos, her big white streak on her chest looked like a backgammon board to me, hence the name. Note the little ring around her eye that's included also.

LIFE IS MESSY... SOMETIMES YOU CAN CLEAN IT UP!...

Mr B Carwash to the rescue. Turns out my "car guy" can also save my rugs.

An entire bottle of red wine decided to jump off the edge of my table and the WHOLE BOTTLE spilled onto my own rug design. I kept saying to myself, "I'm not going to lose this rug. I'm going to get it back." It was like when something happens to a person you love.

These rugs are basically my life's purpose and cost me mucho $$$ (even though they're my designs). Not to mention, the 80 gazillion shards of glass that shattered in the process. I'm so grateful I didn't get cut and no kitties were harmed in the process!.
