The Renegades 9U came to Austin ready to compete, and after battling all weekend, they're heading home as WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS with an incredible 6-1 record!
From the first pitch to the final out, every single player stepped up. They played for each other, trusted one another, and proved that team baseball wins championships. This group never backed down, no matter the challenge.
Out of 8 talented teams, THE RENEGADES FINISHED ON TOP🥇
This championship wasn't won by one player…it was earned by an ENTIRE squad that FOUGHT together every inning of every game.
We couldn't be more proud of these boys, our coaches, and EVERY FAMILY that cheered them on all weekend long…..Everyone had a blast.

🔥🚨 RENEGADES 9U UPDATE 🚨🔥
What a BATTLE in the semifinal against the Hutto Legends!
Play was delayed for 45 minutes while a challenge was made regarding our pitcher. The tournament director ruled in our favor, but we were still faced with a tough situation as the other team was adamant they were right and caused a continued delay…We said fine let’s just play it out and let em have it. Head Coach Monte was unable to coach the remainder of the game, and Uriah was unable to pitch.(per the rules if they had won, even though he was not over pitch count)

No worries….we've got a squad full of ballplayers that we believe in.
Izik and Cannon stepped up on the mound and kept the Hutto hitters in check, while the defense came up with big time plays all over the field. Fly balls were tracked down, ground balls were fielded cleanly, and everyone did their part.
This team showed resilience AND composure when it mattered most…..

Lane was fierce on the mound. He attacked the strike zone and kept things in check ✅ He threw strikes with confidence AND stayed composed while under pressure!

Congratulations to Braylen Hernandez-Warner #9 on being selected as the Player of the Game by the umpires! ⚾
Braylen came up with one of the biggest defensive plays of the game with the bases loaded. After making a catch in center field, he sprinted to second base and beat the runner back to the bag for an incredible double play!

He also made a great catch on a line drive while playing shortstop and stayed hot at the plate with multiple hits.
An outstanding all-around performance from #9!
