Opendoor (iBuyer) PSA:

Just closed on this great Tempe home and got my seller $11,000 more than she was going to get from her OpenDoor offer.

But that's not to say its not a great resource, in May I closed with another seller that sold to OpenDoor and netted more than $15,000 than what we expected to get on the open market, and had no repairs to do, and no holding cost (home has been on the market with OpenDoor for over 3 months).
