Natural cheesemaking attempt #2. Don’t ask me how attempt #1 went. I’m just glad I didn’t film it or eat it 😂

Everything harvested from the garden this morning: 5lbs of jalapeños, 5lbs of celery, 14 pearl onions, some calendula, some roses, 5 eggs, 5 ghost peppers, a jar of sweet pea seed pods, and a couple thousand each of snapdragon and hollyhock seeds.

Harvesting calendula at daybreak. No filter. Pretty much perfect.

Finally got around to planting 20 of the 36 pots of tomato’s I got big tomato sale! Unfortunately was really good at picking pots that had 2-4 starts in each so somehow I still have 30 more to find room for 🤣 🍅 🌱 oh well
