Client spotlight!

came to the goal of “toning”.

There was a ton of things that happened to achieve this is under 2 months but here’s the bigger points:

* Coaching conversation on foods to remove
* Added Consistent strength training routines (building that muscle!) on a schedule
* Stay consistent with capturing progress
* Embraced: discomfort with tough training, soreness and healthy habits

Result: Look at that amazing transformation!

What you should take note of is that in less than 2 months, ashley has:

* committed to training at 6am in the cold sometimes
* Showing up consistently and having a positive attitude even if she was the only one training
* Listened to my recommendations of cutting out things she insisted she couldn’t live without
* Did all of this through Christmas, new years, Delta Founders day and Gasparilla (maybe 2 cups of liquor in total)
