Multiple Sclerosis Awareness

Has anyone here with MS had a tattoo removed or know someone w/multiple sclerosis that has, if so how did it go? Seems like would be dangerous & cause relapse from the laser n heat. Just curious 🧐

What is something that takes you to another place or helps relax/distract from your symptoms or MS?

For me it’s nature. Takes me somewhere else and gives me hope to see the beauty God has created.
