🌿 A Day in the Life of CoachSusie 🌿
People often think progress happens during the big exciting moments.
But honestly?
Today looked a lot like laundry, unpacking, watering the garden, tidying up loose ends, answering messages, and taking care of everyday life.
After a wonderful family wedding weekend and celebrating Da's 90th birthday, I've been giving myself permission to rest, nourish my body, stay hydrated, and simply enjoy being home.
One thing I've learned over the years is that health isn't built in grand gestures.
It's built in ordinary moments.
A fresh bowl of fruit. A walk through the garden. A good night's sleep. A kind conversation. A grateful heart.
As I move through my day, I'm also feeling excited about the future. The vision for SoulSmarts keeps growing, and I find myself daydreaming about the community we're building together.
For now, though,
I'm honoring the season I'm in:
🌱 Resting.
🌱 Recharging.
🌱 Preparing.
Because sometimes the most productive thing we can do is create space for what comes next.

🌿 CoachSusie from the gardens 🌿
One of my favorite parts of the day is taking my tea out to the garden first thing in the morning.
Before the emails. Before the to-do list. Before the noise of the day.
Just me, the plants, the birds, and a few quiet moments to notice what is growing.
This morning I was reminded that gardens don't grow because we pull on the leaves. They grow because we consistently provide the right conditions.
People are a lot like that.
So many of us spend our energy trying to force change, fix everything at once, or hurry the process.
But real growth usually happens when we:
☀️ Nourish ourselves well
💧 Stay hydrated
🌱 Give ourselves grace
🌿 Keep showing up consistently
Tiny daily choices often create the biggest transformations over time.
Today I'm grateful for fresh greens, Florida sunshine, and another opportunity to grow a little stronger, healthier, and wiser.

🌿 A Lesson Life Keeps Teaching Me
When I was younger, I thought success would bring peace.
If I could just accomplish enough...
earn enough...
learn enough...
help enough people...
then I would finally feel settled.
What I've discovered instead is that many people spend their lives chasing more while quietly longing for something else:
✨ More peace.
✨ More connection.
✨ More meaning.
✨ More joy.
The older I get, the more I believe that true wellness isn't just about the body.
It's about nourishing our:
🌱 Body 🌱 Mind 🌱 Heart 🌱 Soul
When even one of those areas is neglected, life feels harder than it needs to.
Today I'm curious:
What are you needing more of right now?

Today’s guidance is simple… but deeply powerful.
In a world constantly asking us to do more, achieve more, respond faster, and compare ourselves harder… tranquility often feels far away.
But peace rarely comes from adding more noise.
Peace usually arrives when we pause long enough to appreciate what is already here.
Maybe today’s nourishment is not about fixing your whole life.
Maybe it’s simply about:
🌿appreciating the breath in your lungs,
🍍the fruit on your table,
🌿the people who still care,
🍍the lessons hidden inside your struggles,
🌿or the quiet moments where your heart softens just enough to rest.
🍍Patience is wisdom.
🌿Gratitude is nourishment.
🍍Presence is healing.
🌿One conscious breath can interrupt overwhelm.
🍍One grateful thought can redirect an entire day.
🌿One moment of awareness can reconnect you to yourself.
So today, instead of asking:
“What’s still missing?”
Try asking:
“What is already beautiful that I have forgotten to notice?”
Because tranquility often grows quietly… right beside appreciation. 💚

As you breathe:
