I haven’t necessarily felt distant from God lately, but I’ve definitely been feeling like I’m not spending as much time with Him as I’d like (or NEED). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Having a new baby throws things for a loop, and for a long time it has felt like survival mode. But our sweet girl turned four months old recently 🥰 and I can’t forever use her as an excuse as to why I’m not spending time with my Maker (who gave us these cute girls to begin with)!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have you ever felt like God is calling you back to Him? It’s the best ever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I mean it may often come with some discomfort or conviction; knowing you’re going to need to be stretched in ways that you might not want.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

BUT thinking about GOD, the Creator of the universe, caring enough about little tiny ME to orchestrate situations and speak specifically to me... THAT is humbling. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It reminds me that His love for me is so great because He truly desires my heart and wants me to be in relationship with Him. And for that I’m SO thankful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
