My only “professional” experience comes from working at McDonald’s (notice the quotes around professional). Other tips and tricks I have learned come from The Food Network, cook books, blogs, and my own personal experimentation. One of the things I love about cooking is that everyone has their own style. Cooking is an art which means people tend to bring in their own vision, culture, and experiences into every dish they make. I truly love this.
