I love this sign. It perfectly describes the construction industry.

New addition/kitchen renovation. Not bad for three days with me as a one man framing crew. More pictures to follow!

Swampscott porch replacement. This project was done in all wood with Fir decking, Fir railings and pine trim. Most of the materials were prefiished in our shop.

Swampscott two story porch. All composite with PVC trim, Azek decking & Azek railings.

Marblehead Portico project. All PVC with tons of detail. We also installed new recessed panel trim around the existing door unit. The last 3 photos show the Portico that we removed to build this one.

Carport project in Peabody.

Windows installed, PVC trim complete & started installing siding. Just in time for the weather to start warming up!

Finally the weather cooperates for us to get this little addition framed. Now onto the roofing trim & siding, hope the weather continues to good to us!

Just a simple reminder from Spero Builders. Please clear all low sloped roofs & decks before this happens to you. The light fluffy snow will absorb any precipitation and become much heavier !
