The truth hurts. But not as much as ignoring it. 😉
Pain: Yes, there’s a certain amount of pain associated with gains. But there’s a difference in pain for gains and pain that’s a problem. Know the difference. Don’t ignore it. 🙏
Rest: No days off? That’s a recipe for failure. Even pros take days off, and actually do active recovery. Even though it’s not an actual training day, they’re doing something so that their body can rest and recover. 😴
Adjustments: If it’s a joint, it has a potential for dysfunction. Professionals trained in how to optimize the body’s function know how to adjust all the joints in the body, not just the spine. Hard truth, Medicines or more training won’t fix a dysfunctional joint. 🤕
