Our Solana project in Duarte, California is a stunning demonstration of how to truly love where you live. Whether you live the laptop lifestyle working with a view or spend the weekends with a coffee in hand at the Cabana Club, the Solana apartment complex redefines what it means to live the resort lifestyle.

Featuring an indoor outdoor cafe and lounge, a cozy coworking space and a full scale fitness area, you almost don’t need to leave home! By using fun accent tiles, large scale wallpaper and rattan touches throughout, we were able to curate a true resort experience.

We are so thrilled to see the outcome of this project and we’re excited to see people fall in love with where they live, as intentional design transforms the way home and work coexist.💻☀️

What an interesting concept!

We’re excited to see where this goes, and celebrate Costco for their innovative approach to the affordable housing shortage.

Costco is constructing apartment complexes above its stores to help address the affordable housing crisis.

The first development launches in Los Angeles this year, featuring 800 units, an on-site store, free memberships, a rooftop pool, gym, gardens, and shared community spaces.

Affordable living, just an elevator ride away from a $1.50 hot dog.
