Sorry for the delay in posting. I worked a side gig this weekend that left me extremely dehydrated so I was down for a couple days. I'm back and ready to continue the series!! Stay strong and badass!

Confidence makes a huge difference in our mental well being. It helps us move and think differently without clouded judgement.

Today, I commented on a friend's post about her weight loss transformation. She mustered up the confidence to show a part of herself that she doesn't like to discuss. I'm so proud of her for all that she's done to get to this point in her life. She deserves all good things that come her way.
