To give veterans free woodworking and sewing space, Sandbridge couple teams up with nonprofit Armed Services Arts Partnership fosters a community for military veterans and their loved ones by offering free classes.

The Logan City Council has approved curbside recycling for $13.80/ month with your container or $15.10/month with a 55-gallon SORT recycling cart for City of Logan residents. In 2024, 403 tons of recycling were collected at the Green, Sutton, and Hospital drop off sites. 170 tons were collected by SORT’s residential recycling truck in Hocking County. Offering curbside recycling in Logan is a smart investment in the community’s future. Recycling creates local jobs, supports small businesses that rely on recyclable materials and keeps Logan cleaner and more attractive to residents, tourists, and potential investors.
