O Allah,
grant my heart contentment with what You have written for me,
and protect me from chasing what is gained through harm or loss of my soul.

O Allah,
make my provision pure,
my hands light from hoarding,
and my heart rich even when the world is small.

Plant in me a garden of peace,
where jealousy does not grow
and rivalry cannot take root.
Remove from me the desire for dominance and recognition.
Do not burden me with the love of command or control.
Let me be unseen if it keeps me sincere.

O Allah,
grant me health that does not lead to arrogance,
strength that does not forget its Source, and a body at ease because my heart remembers You.
Join wisdom to humility within me.
Protect me from knowledge that hardens the heart.
Teach me when to speak
and when silence is worship.
When night falls,
release me from my worries.
Set my burdens down before sleep.
Entrust my soul to Your care as You take it in rest.

O Allah,
make my life balanced,
not lost in the world
and not withdrawn from it,
but passing through with gratitude and purpose.
Give me a quiet mind,
a guarded tongue,
and a heart anchored firmly in You.
Suffice me with what is enough.
And let enough be a mercy.
