Johnson Construction

Work has officially begun on the 521 Franklin Street project in Melrose. The development includes a full renovation of the space above T’ahpas 529 Restaurant, paired with a new construction addition at the rear of the property.

Once complete, the project will feature 36 total units, a common roof deck, EV parking, and a pocket park. This combination of thoughtful renovation and modern new construction will bring fresh housing options and community amenities to the heart of Melrose.
