This trip has been one for the books and it has been a trip filled with fun, knowledge, and new experiences. Going to Thailand with my team + usa has been a blast. Thank you to and many more for giving the community an opportunity to learn about the sport and the culture behind it.

Most importantly, I want to thank kru for everything he has done. Supported my journey and helped me grow as an athlete, coach, trainer, and a person. One of my role models in life and am grateful for all the knowledge he has past down to me.
