PROCEDURE

1. Seller issue SPA to buyer, buyer signed and return the SPA with ATB format note emails should not be more than three, super Cargo/Inspector details, emails, Phone Numbers, International Passport, details and receiving vessel details. Seller confirm ATB format/super cargo/inspector/tug boat details and vessel details and send ATB and clearance to Buyer/buyer’s team through emails. 2.Both parties representatives to meet in Lome for introduction and boarding .Buyer team confirms products, in Lome . Buyer pay for security $200,000, and buyer take care of security in Lome. Buyer clears Cargo into buyer’s Anchorage in buyer’s expense, by seller’s approval for Q&Q, buyer pay 50% of the products for documentation before discharge. Final Q&Q/Report and analysis signed by either parties’ super cargo/inspectors.
3.Final Attestation. Buyer make final payment of the total cargo to sellers nominated accounts, deducting the initial 50% and also pay service fee to all agent, and facilitators to their nominated account for their services.
