There is no need to hire multiple engineers to solve your drainage and structural problems. Kern Contracting works with structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, civil engineers and consulting engineers so your problem is solved the first time - saving time, frustration and money. Kern will write a full report evaluating the condition, including what is needed to make repairs or build new structures. The report will include what engineer drawings will be required and the approximate cost for the work, engineer fees, drawings and county or city work permits. Mr Kern is a Class-A contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is very well versed in problem soils such as marine clay, water buildup in soil causing extreme pressure, and other problems that cause foundation and retaining wall failures.
